Centennial Exhibition of the March 1st Movement
Daegu Art Museum presents the Centennial Exhibition of the March 1st Movement from January 29 (Tue) to May 12 (Sun). Its curatorial intent is to post questions again on the presence of the spirit of the March 1st movement in our lives in any forms or styles in order to ruminate on the spirit by looking into the historic incidence of 100 years ago through artistic imagination and literary metaphor. Above all, it was intended through the title of the exhibition that one’s remembrance of the event could shine and nourish the history which is not merely remembered through wounds.
